from law student to wedding photographer

With my dad’s unwavering belief in me, I left law behind to study photography at Vega School in Cape Town in 2013, building a foundation in fashion and event work before immersing myself in the world of weddings. I started assisting other wedding photographers that same year, and since then I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings across the Western Cape, Johannesburg and Europe.




A pivotal trip to India changed everything. There, among its vibrant streets and rich human tapestry, I discovered my passion for documenting emotion in its rawest, most powerful form. That experience still informs every frame I shoot today, reminding me that it’s the fleeting, unscripted moments that matter most.

Why I photograph weddings in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Europe?

Weddings are rituals of love, connection, and memory, and I feel immensely honoured to capture them. Whether I’m chasing golden light through Cape Winelands estates like Lanzerac and Plaisir, photographing at Johannesburg’s Inanda Club, or capturing a cliffside ceremony in Italy, my goal is always the same: to create wedding photography that makes you feel something again and again.


With a calm, unobtrusive presence and a commitment to detail, I gently guide you when needed, but always let your story lead.


The result? Photographs that feel like you: timeless, effortless, and forever true.

Years of weddings, and now my own.

After years of photographing weddings for other couples, I recently stood in front of the lens to marry my best friend, Dario. It was tender, surreal, and

full-circle. I now carry an even deeper reverence for what I do as a wedding photographer, for how photographs become memory keepers, stitched into the fabric of your life.
